Allison began her floral career nearly two decades ago boxing roses and sweeping floors. She has since worked her way up through the ranks of Jack Herb and Nina's Florist serving in various capacities from design assistant to senior design manager. Allison keeps up with the latest trends by attending seasonal floral design seminars, showcasing her talent at design exhibits and serving as a judge for regional design events.
